Girls Rock Seattle quotes from kids (and photos in their newsletter)

“I have learned to be louder.”
“I don’t have to be afraid to try something I might not be good at.”
“It’s so amazing that this exists.”
    “Go! You will have fun!”
“It’s easier to be creative than I thought.”
“I’m perfect just the way I am!”
“I felt like I could do anything and no one would make fun of me.”

And from mothers of 4-7yo kids who took the recent Fremont Music School Opera/Arts workshop on Saturday mornings:

Sarah is wonderful at taking a subject as sophisticated as opera and making it accessible and fun for children. Both my girls enjoyed the Fremont Music School class and look forward to doing it again this year. Sarah has a great mix of activities to bring the operas to life – costumes, makeup, vocal demonstrations, crafts – besides being great with the kids she is a talented opera singer so she is also well-qualified and knows what she’s doing.” - Christa C.
“The Kids’ interactive opera workshops are fun and expose children to classical music in a uniquely interactive way.” – Carol T.
